What operating systems do PacificRack offer?

We offer ALL Linux OS and Windows OS (in trial version), users can activate their Windows license after the trial period themselves, or purchase license from us at low cost. Some of the Windows OS may required higher RAM, for example Windows 2008 required at least 2GB of RAM.

What happens when I am out of bandwidth?

When a VPS/Hybrid Dedicated server runs out of bandwidth, the service will be automatically suspended, and will not have overage charge. Please contact our billing department to re-enable your service upon buying more bandwidth. For dedicated server, there will be overage charge occurred.

How many locations do you have?

PacificRack is currently operating in Los Angeles, California only. However we are planning on expanding to the next location soon!

How does renewal work?

Unless you cancel the renewal, our system will send our users a new invoice automatically on the renewal date. If no payment made 3 days after the due date, service will be suspended, and terminated 5 days after the due date.

How quickly will tech support respond to my ticket and how soon can you fix a problem?

Our tech support team is working 24x7x365 to ensure our quality of service. We will make our initial response to our ticket within 30 minutes, and depending on the difficulties of the issue, the solving time may varies.

How to cancel a service?

You can simply go to the service you want to cancel in our client portal, and click cancel to submit the request.
