All of our servers either come equipped, or can be upgraded to include a remote reboot power port. This allows one-click server rebooting should access to your server via SSH or Remote Desktop be hampered due to server crash, overload, etc. It is an automatic process which cycles your servers power, and thus restarts your machine without human intervention or wait times.
We provide KVM over IP access to all servers, to enable administrators to troubleshoot their servers as if they were standing right infront of it. KVM over IP(keyboard, video, mouse) provides the system administrator with KVM access no matter the current state of the server. Many users find this feature particularly convenient when their server is suffering from a kernel panic, has crashed, or would like to perform "remote on-site" maintenance.
Provided as a specialty feature, automated backups enable you to subscribe to have your data automatically backed up to a remote storage array for safe-keeping should you suffer from a hard drive loss or otherwise lose valuable data. Automated backups can be scheduled on daily or weekly intervals and are configured on your server. This is a hands-off approach to ensuring backup's are made. The data is moved off-server to RAID-enabled NAS arrays to provide secure and redundant data storage accessible at any time.
Many clients appreciate being able to upgrade to a dedicated and private switch when they have multiple servers with which they would like to aggregate bandwidth, or speak securely and internally server to server. This provides you with a singular bandwidth uplink, making bandwidth usage aggregation a convenience.
